ADI Alliance
Founded following a consultative meeting in Tunisia with the support of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), the ADI Alliance was created by a diverse group of organizations and activists from Pakistan, Morocco, Tunisia, and Lebanon.
These founders recognized the urgent need for a unified platform to advocate for inclusivity in regions where these communities face significant legal, social, and political challenges.

Our Goals
Ensuring Access to Healthcare
Advocate for equitable access to essential health services, including sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) services, hormone therapies, HIV prevention and treatment services (PrEP and PEP), and mental health support.
Combating Discrimination and Stigma
Work closely with healthcare providers, policymakers, and international partners to dismantle barriers caused by stigma, discrimination, and restrictive laws.
Advocating for Policy Reform
Promote the inclusion of comprehensive health education in national curricula, repeal punitive laws, and ensure confidentiality and non-discriminatory health care practices.
Strengthening Regional and International Advocacy
Unite registered NGOs, CSOs, CBOs, and grassroots initiatives to amplify marginalized voices at national and international levels.
Governance and Community Participation
Maintain transparency through a Secretariat and Steering Committee elected every two years, fostering inclusivity and responsiveness.
Capacity Building and Emergency Response:
Establish specialized committees focusing on health advocacy, legal reform, and emergency response to address emerging challenges effectively.
